Is there any limit in the broadcast message I can send?No limit from Botamation platform. However there are certain limits like initially after getting your business approved in Facebook Business Manager, first few day you are allowed to broadcast only up to 1000 customers . But Facebook increases the limit day by day and you can full utilize the potential of WhatsApp broadcasting.

Is there a charge for every message I send to the customer?No, Botamation does not charge for any message or conversation you make with customer. However there is a conversational fee charged by Facebook. Take a look at the below scenario Illustration: Customer messages business asking for a product information. The messages shared between business and the customer for next 24 hours is considered as 1 conversation. Conversation are of 2 types, Business initiated and User initiated. Business initiated conversations are the one where business starts the conversation first with the customer. User initiated conversations are the one where user starts the conversation first with the business. First 1000 user initiated conversations in a month are free. If you initiate a message with a new customer or with a customer after 24 hour, then it is considered as Marketing or Utility conversation and valid for next 24 hours. For every Marketing or Utility conversation, charges applicable as per Facebook rate card available in here.
